Dar es Salaam Pentecostal Church (DPC) traces its roots back to 1983. DPC has grown from a small group of believers who moved from one location to another before settling in their current location(Plot number 17 Kinondoni Road) in early 1992.

Today, DPC is a vibrant, growing, international congregation drawing people from all walks of life. Sunday Services at DPC are conducted in two languages:

English and Kiswahili with special teaching programs for children, teens, youth as well as adults. All ministries at DPC are designed to meet the needs of every group of people – young and old, local and international, believer and non-believer. There are several events throughout the week catering for different groups: Children, Youth, Women, Men, Singers, Bible Study and Prayer Meetings.

DPC is a Christ-centered, Biblically founded, Spirit empowered church whose main purpose is to preach Christ. DPC strives to foster an environment of faith and friendship among all and fellowship to encourage growth into maturity, in all aspects of life in the power of the Holy Spirit.
