ISAIAH 40:28 \u2013 31; PSALM 62:8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theme for 2026: Proverbs 3:5 <strong><u>\u201cTrust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not in your own understanding.\u201d<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Today\u2019s message: <strong>Trust in the Lord at all times<\/strong> (Ps. 62:8) <a><strong><em>\u201cTrust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a><strong>To trust<\/strong><\/a>\u2013 to rely or depend on someone, to believe someone is reliable, honest and faithful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>To trust in the Lord means<\/strong> \u2013 to rely completely on God\u2019s character, promises, guidance and power.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GOD IS ETERNAL AND ALL POWERFUL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isaiah 40: 27 \u2013 28; Psalm 90:2; Psalm 62:8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Isaiah 40:28<\/strong> <em>Do you not know?Have you not heard?<strong><u>The\u00a0Lord\u00a0is the everlasting\u00a0God,<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><strong><em>the Creator\u00a0of the ends of the earth<\/em><\/strong><em>.He will not grow tired or weary,\u00a0and his understanding no one can fathom. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Psalm 90:2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8230;<strong>from everlasting to everlasting, you are God<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a>we should trust in the Lord because He is unchangeable, dependable and eternal.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a>God is the source of all strength \u2013 human strength is limited.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material power is also limited \u2013 wealth, position, power are all limited. \u00a0<br><br>2. <strong>GOD GIVES STRENGTH TO THE WEARY AND WEAK<\/strong>. Isaiah 40:29\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Isaiah 40:29<sup>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/sup><\/strong><em>He gives <strong><u>strength\u00a0to the weary<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0and increases <strong><u>the power of the weak.<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The weary and weak<\/strong> \u2013 related but they emphasize different conditions and different help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Weary<\/strong> \u2013 tired, exhausted, won out due to challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elijah<\/strong> \u2013 feels weary and exhausted &#8211; asking God to kill him<strong> (1King 19:1 \u2013 8)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But God gives him strength to move on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Weak \u2013 <\/strong>incapable, incompetent, powerless, unable to do things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gideon \u2013 <\/strong>Gideon feels incapable, insignificant and powerless.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>God gave him power and courage to face and defeat his enemies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. GOD\u2019S STRENGTH ENABLES HIS PEOPLE TO RISE ABOVE CHALLENGES<\/strong>. <br><strong>Isaiah 40:30 &#8211; 31; Job 19: 19 \u2013 20; 25 \u2013 26<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Isaiah 40: 31\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>&#8230;but those who hope\u00a0in the\u00a0Lord<\/strong>will renew their strength<strong><u>. They will soar on wings like eagles<\/u><\/strong>;\u00a0they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job 19:25&nbsp; <\/strong><strong><em>I know my redeemer lives<\/em><\/strong><em>, and that in the end he will stand on the earth.
