CONTINUE TO FOCUS ON YOUR FAITH AND CALLING TO GOD. ACTS 21:7-14, 27-32\u00a0 2TIMOTHY 4:1-8<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Having Faith in God is having a strong belief and a complete trust in Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The term Calling in a Christian context represents a unique assignment God gives to a believer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For Christians, to continue focusing on our faith and calling to God is a key requirement at all times until when Jesus comes again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Apostle Paul remains to be a very good example to learn from in line to focusing on our faith to God and the calling given unto us. For Paul, his faith to God and the preaching of the gospel was a matter of life and death. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, let us also be encouraged to continue focusing on our faith to God and in our specific calling to His Kingdom as we learn and allow the preaching of today to challenge us all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
#1. \u00a0 FOCUSING ON OUR FAITH AND CALLING TO GOD IS\u00a0MANDATORY FOR BELIEVERS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Focusing on our faith to God is critically required because without faith it is impossible to please God \u2013 HEBREWS 11:6<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is faith in God that makes believers exist and move on <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through faith we seek and find God, but also enjoy His blessings <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Faith is the one thing that shall sustain believers until the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ \u2013 LUKE 18:8b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remember, you lose faith in God \u2013 you lose God for life \u2013 and you lose your life forever. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
#2. BELIEVERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENDURE HARDSHIP ASSOCIATED WITH OUR FAITH AND CALLING TO GOD <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the course of living a Christian life and keeping our faith in God we shall at some point encounter hardship \u2013 2Timothy 4:5<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some hardship happens when or while we share the gospel and execute the duties of our calling <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Bible encourage believers to endure hardship as we continue serving toward our calling<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let us be encouraged by the readiness of Paul the Apostle in facing the hardship against our faith and calling \u2013 Acts 21:13<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We should not allow anything discourage or break our heart, faith, plans, focus, passion in regard to our calling unto God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#3. THERE IS A CROWN IN STORE FOR BELIEVERS WHO SHALL REMAIN FOCUSED TO THEIR FAITH AND CALLING<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remaining focused to our faith in God and the calling creates for believers a crown of righteousness<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This crown of righteousness will only be given to those who maintain their faith in God and faithful to the calling \u2013 2Timothy 4:6-8<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keeping our faith to God requires commitment from a believer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It requires the readiness to fight a good fight and finish the race<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is our faith in God that brings and sustain our Salvation; but also sustain our Christian daily living here on earth \u2013 ROMANS 1: 16-17<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let us continue focusing and concentrating on our faith and calling to God; in return God will focus on us more than our expectations. More than that, God shall extend His Grace to us so we remain focused unto Him and the calling assigned to us, overcoming hardships and challenges, but much more sustaining us to win the race and be crowned when Christ comes back \u2013 AMEN.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
