Rivers of Life Team<\/h4>\n

Rivers of Life is the adults praise and worship ministry of Dar es Salaam Pentecostal Church It is a team that serves with other ministries at DPC to achieve the vision o the church which is \u201cto be an international church with growth in number and quality\u201d<\/p>\n

It is a privilege to serve God! In Hebrew worship, and throughout church history, praise and worship teams have been an important factor in group-worship, and in the proclamation of the gospel. The choir today is vitally important to the work of the church.<\/p>\n

RIVERS OF LIFE PURPOSE\/MISSION STATEMENT:<\/h4>\n

To glorify Jesus Christ by allowing Him to use the praise and worship team as a tool by working through each individual choir member to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • proclaim Christ’s lordship<\/li>\n
  • usher the saints of God into the manifest presence of God through music<\/li>\n
  • bless the members of the congregation and members of the praise and worship team alike through the singing of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs;<\/li>\n
  • lead the congregation in singing<\/li>\n
  • provide an avenue of service to the members of the church<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DPC CHOIR.
    \nThe DPC Choir<\/strong> was established on the vision of uniting Faith Singers<\/strong> and Harvest Singers<\/strong> into one strong and vibrant choir. Following extensive discussions and prayerful consideration, the two groups joined together to form what is now known as the DPC Choir.<\/h4>\n

    Today, the DPC Choir serves as the church’s principal choir alongside the DPC Praise and Worship Team. The choir faithfully ministers during the Second (Swahili) Service<\/strong>, leading the congregation in worship and proclaiming the Gospel through music.<\/p>\n

    The DPC Choir has a rich heritage and is deeply woven into the history of Dar es Salaam Pentecostal Church. Over the years, it has been a place where many gifted ministers have been nurtured, with numerous former choir members now serving as pastors and church leaders in different ministries.<\/p>\n

    We thank God for the faithfulness, dedication, and sacrificial service of every member who has contributed to this ministry throughout the years. To God alone be all the glory for the lives transformed, the leaders raised, and the lasting impact of the DPC Choir in the church and beyond.<\/p>\n

    YOUTH PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM (YPT)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The Youth Praise Team<\/strong> is one of the key ministries within Dar es Salaam Pentecostal Church, serving both the Youth Ministry<\/strong> and the Worship Department<\/strong>. The team was established to lead young people into meaningful worship and to minister through music during youth services, concerts, conferences, and evangelistic outreaches.<\/p>\n

    As the ministry has grown, its impact has extended far beyond youth gatherings. Today, the Youth Praise Team also ministers in church-wide services and special events, playing an important role in the worship life of the entire congregation.<\/p>\n

    More than a music team, the Youth Praise Team serves as a platform for mentoring and developing young singers, musicians, and worship leaders. Through discipleship, training, and practical ministry opportunities, young people are equipped to discover and use their God-given gifts while growing in spiritual maturity, character, and excellence in worship.<\/p>\n

    We thank God for His faithfulness in sustaining this ministry and for the many lives that have been transformed through its service. We continue to pray that the Youth Praise Team will remain a generation of passionate worshippers, committed to glorifying God and leading others into His presence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
