PRAYER GUIDELINES FOR END MONTH PRAISE AND WORSHIP SERVICE- APRIL 2021.
Main scripture: Psalm 145 (wherever a verse will be mentioned without a book will refer to this main text)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. PRAISE AND EXALTATION
    \u2022 Praise God for who He is, acknowledge His power and greatness, thank Him and proclaim His great and awesome deeds, His faithfulness and goodness; (vs 1-13,21) to you as an individual, your family, the church and the nation.
    \u2022 Be specific and expressive, do not generalize, mention each item you can thank and praise God for and begin to praise Him for it. (Praise Him by songs, dance, instruments, claps, and mean it. Psalm 150)

  2. REPENTANCE AND CONSECRATION vs 8-9
    \u2022 Repent of all the sins you\u2019re aware of (mention one by one and allow for the Holy Spirit to search and convict you, be sincere) 1John 1:8-10, Psalm 139:23-24.
    \u2022 Ask God for mercy (we need God\u2019s mercy and not to count ourselves righteous even if you can testify you\u2019re in right standing with God) Rom 3:23, for only He, is our justifier. Rom 5:9
    \u2022 Repent on behalf of your team, all ministers and the congregation.

  3. PREPARATION AND THE SERVICE. vs 13
    \u2022 Pray for strength over yourself, your ministry group members, your family and all ministers. Pray against sicknesses, deaths, accidents, misunderstandings and anything that can be a distraction, cover yourself with the blood of Jesus (vs 20), Heb 12:24.
    \u2022 Ask the Holy Spirit to open to us the heart of the Father that we may know His perfect will and plan for this service and pray aright. Rom 8:26-27
    \u2022 Pray that the Holy Spirit will take control over every ministry detail as we prepare and plan and we won\u2019t fall victim to tradition, experience and familiarity.
    \u2022 Pray for the speaker of the word, for God to give him\/her a word in time and season and that he\/ she will speak the mind of God and the wisdom from above. Gal 1:11-12, Pray that he\/she will speak boldly, clearly and with revelation.
    \u2022 Pray that the transforming power of the Word will deal in person with every heart of a listener (all that will come and those that will worship on line) Heb 4:12-13, Acts 2:37
    \u2022 Pray that this shall be a breakthrough service and people will receive answers to their prayers, solutions to problems, visions and ideas will be birthed, their long awaited promises will come to pass and the desires of God\u2019s people will be granted (vs 14-19).
    \u2022 Pray for attendance, pray that everybody that God has purposed will come. Pray that all means of communicating the news about the service will be effective (word of mouth, media etc)

  4. THANKSGIVING AND DECLARATION
    \u2022 Praise and thank God by faith for what you have prayed for 1John 5:14-15.
    \u2022 Declare the faithfulness of God and thank him (vs 14,17), 2Tim 2:13
    \u2022 Declare God\u2019s blessings over yourself, family, church and nation. Numbers 6:24-26. Thank Him for He shall supply all your needs Phil 4:19
    \u2022 Declare and thank God, the fighter of your battles for He will not deliver you into the hands of your enemies nor let the enemy triumph over you, your family, the church and our nation Tanzania.
    Psalm 144:1-2; 25:2
    \u2022 Profess Christ our peace and declare that God shall give you peace on every side and all that concern you. Isaiah 9:6, 1Kings 5:4.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
