Goal: Our goal is to increase a flow of souls that originates from the non-Christian community and ends up in the vital leadership core. We will do this until every teen and young adult in the city area has been confronted with the choice of either accepting or rejecting the Gospel message.
Love and Unity among young generation driven by the Power of God. We have Developed a sincere, genuine relationships with each individual that comes into our ministry. Present each guest with a clear Gospel message. Diligently follow-up on guests!
1 Timothy 4:12, ESV: “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.”
Strategy: To achieve our goal, our strategy is to move each Youth and young adult from the fifth category to the first category listed here:
- Reaching the community
- Rescuing the crowd
- Redeeming the casual
- Renewing the committed
- Releasing the core
Submit to God and be at peace with him;
in this way prosperity will come to you.

The specific objectives of our strategy are:
Reach the Community
Tactics: Target those living within the scope of our ministry and aim higher levels of visibility where Youth and young adults Gather, especially schools, colleges, etc. As “fishers of Men” develop relevant “bait” to attract non- Christians.
Rescue the Crowd
Tactics: Develop sincere, genuine relationships with each individual that comes into our ministry. Present each guest with a clear Gospel message. Diligently follow-up on guests!
Redeem the Casual/Congregation
Tactics: Lovingly challenge those who have been attending our functions for a while, but have not demonstrated the fruit of a solid relationship with Christ. Continually communicate and emphasize that the fact that they have been created with a divine purpose, that they have the destiny to be discovered, and that they have a promise to be fulfilled in their lives.
Renew the Committed
Tactics: Challenge those who are “hot” for God and willing to be disciplined to continue to pursue God and Christ-like character. Help them to discover their unique gifts and abilities and offer times of learning and growth where they will receive spiritual meat, not just milk.
Release the Core
Tactics: Place maturing servants in strategic places of ministry in accordance with their calling, abilities, desires, and goals. Challenge them to expand their vision and broaden their perspectives by reaching higher, digging deeper, and going further than anyone they know has ever gone.
