Introduction:- W.H.O defines mental health as a state of well-being in which the individual realises his abilities, can cope with normal stresses of lifecan work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his community

  • Mental health is a successful adaptation to stressors from the internal or external environment, evidenced by thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are age-appropriate and congruent with local and cultural norms.
