Pastor Elly was saved in 1990 and baptized in 1991. Soon after receiving Christ he felt God calling him to serve in full-time ministry but at the time he didn’t know the best way forward, so he decided to join Bible College in Arusha. Ever since then he has been trained in many different places while serving God at DPC. His training includes, PAG Mwanza Bible College, Tabora Bible College, several other short-term courses here in Tanzania as well as Abroad (Haggai Institute – Hawaii USA and Biblical Studies in the USA ), AMIN – Pastoral course.

He is married to Regina and together they have three children, Emmanuel, Hezron and Grace.

Pastor Elly’s passion for ministry is to see the deliverance of God’s people in different areas of their lives; freedom from bondage.

Besides his role as Evangelism Pastor at DPC, Pastor Elly also serves as a Regional Bishop/Overseer for PAG Dar es Salaam/Costal region, a member of the National Executive committee for PAG and is the chairman of the Dar es Salaam inter-denominational pastor’s fellowship.
