Joyce brings in an array of experience from her academic and corporate background coupled with a consistent spiritual journey. She got born again in 1995 when she was still in secondary school and since then God’s word has been her point of reference. She graduated with Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Hons), Marketing in 2005 from the University of Dar es Salaam and was employed in the same year. She later on proceeded with further education and in 2009 she graduated with MSc Business and Real Estate from Glamorgan University in South Wales, UK. Joyce has worked with National Institution for Productivity (NIP), Standard Chartered Bank, Knight Frank, UTT PID and Ardhi University at different times and positions.

She joined Dar es Salaam Pentecostal Church in 2011 where she became fully committed and actively involved in different activities including taking lead in cell leadership, praise and worship team and 35 degrees ministry.  Joyce was appointed as the Church Administrator in June 2022.
