PRAYER GUIDELINES FOR APRIL 2023.

THEME: THE POWER AND  REVELATION OF THE FINISHED WORK OF THE CROSS. ( COLOSSIANS 2:14-15).
BIBLE TRANSLATIONS( NIV, NKJV, KJV, AMP, AMPC, SUV, NENO).

1). THANKSGIVING TO OUR GOD.

● For His love, Mercy and Faithfulness. 1John 4:19, Eph 2:4-5, John 3:16.

● Thank God for the finished work of the CROSS. John19:30. 

Through it…

  ~ We received the gift of Salvation (Eternal life)

  ~ The power of sin, death and grave is broken. Romans 6:11, 1 Corinthians 15:55 & Revelation 1:18.

  ~ We are forgiven,justified, sanctified, redeemed, delivered and reconciled to Him.

  ~ We are healed. Isaiah 53:4-5.

  ~ We are victorious. Colossians 2:14-15, 1Corinthians 1:18

  ~ The new identity in Christ, the Power and Authority is given to the church. Ephesians 2:6.

  ~ We are made kings and priest, with a mandate  to reign on earth.(Revelation 5:9-10).

  ~ We learn the power of persistence in prayer (ablity to travail to prevail in prayer) and endurance to the end.

Luke 22:39-46. 

 2). REPENTANCE AND MINISTRY. (Pray for yourself, others and the areas in which you serve).

● Draw near to God in repentance. 

Ask His precious blood to cleanse us, make us pure for the master’s use. 

Psalms 24:3-4, 1 Timothy 2:8, Hebrews 9:14 and 2Timothy 2:20-21.

● Repent on behalf of all ministers and the entire congregation. Revelation 1:5-6.

●Pray for yourself and commit your needs to Him. Philippians 4:6. Thank Him because He will remember us as we do His work. Hebrews 6:10.

●Pray for strength to serve, God’s power to be at work in us, wisdom to direct us, excellence and commitment in all we do. Ecclesiastes 10:10, Ephesians 6:7-8.

● *Declare*:- We shall do the works Christ did and more. 1John 3:8, John 14:12.

   3). THE ENTIRE SERVICE. 

● Pray for:-

   ~ Expectant hearts, that are full of faith to receive from God. Mark 11:22-24.    

   ~God’s people to have a fresh revelation of the name of JESUS and for the NAME OF JESUS to speak to their situations. Philippians 2:5-11,  Acts 4:12 ; 2:22 ; 3:1-16.

    ~ God’s people to have a fresh revelation of the finished work of the Cross. 1 Corinthians 1:8; 15:58,

Galatians 3:13-14, Colossians 1:13-14.

   ~God’s will and purpose in all our preparations to the ultimate day. Mathew 6:10, Psalms 135:6.

   ~ Manifestation of His presence and the demonstration of power of the NAME OF JESUS as we gather together. Mathew 18:20, Acts 2:1-18, Luke10:17.

   ~Pray for the speaker of the word. 

        *Commit all His preparations to God. Proverbs 16:1

        *Pray for anointing to preach the word. His speech; God to give him a seasoned word and for

the word to accomplish the purpose. Salvation of souls and revival. 1Cor 1:4-5; 2:4-5, Luke 4:18-19.

     *Pray for the manifestation of end-times revivalists to preach the Gospel. Romans 1:16, Mathew 9:37-38.

●Declare:

   *OPEN HEAVEN at DPC GROUND. (Luke 3:21).

  *Many will come to feast at God’s table this Sunday and nothing will hinder them.

4). LIFTING UP THE NAME OF JESUS THROUGH THE SACRIFICE OF PRAISE. 

● As the name of Jesus is lifted through the sacrifice of praise, *SHOUT JESUS*:-

   * To miracles, signs and wonders. Acts 2:22.

  * To heal you. Acts 10:38

  * To deliver you.

  * To fight your battles. Psalm 27:2-3.

  * To contend with your contenders. Psalm 35:1

  * To restore you.

  * To save your loved ones. Mathew 1:21.

● Declare;- 

    ~ Jesus holds the keys of death and hades (Rev 1:18), therefore the gates of hades shall not prevail against us, our preparations and the ultimate day. Mathew 16:18.

   ~Isaiah 41:11-13, Psalm 35:1-10 and 121, over yourself, your team, your loved ones and the entire service.
