Spend time in God’s Word (Proverbs 2:6).

Develop spiritual discernment (Proverbs 2:1–6).

Remain teachable and willing to receive correction.

WHY DO WE DO THIS?

Faith comes by hearing God’s Word (Romans 10:17).

God alone is the source of true wisdom (Proverbs 2:6).

God gives wisdom generously to those who ask (James 1:5).

Those who hear and obey God’s Word build on a firm Foundation (Matthew 7:24–25).

Submit every area of your life to God (Romans 10:9).

Guard your heart above everything else (Proverbs 4:23).

Trust God’s wisdom above your own understanding.

God looks at the heart, not outward appearance (1 Samuel 16:7).

A guarded heart determines the course of life (Proverbs 4:23).

Trusting God leads Him to direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5–6).

A surrendered heart produces true worship (Matthew 15:8–9).

Speak words that encourage (Ephesians 4:29).

Fill your heart with God’s truth (Luke 6:45).

Pray before you speak (Psalm 141:3).

Reject gossip, slander and destructive speech

WHY DO WE DO THIS ?

Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21).

Our words should build others up according to their needs (Ephesians 4:29).

Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Luke 6:45).

We will give an account for every careless word (Matthew 12:36–37).

WAKE UP!

Commit every plan to God.

Work diligently (Colossians 3:23).

Serve others with your gifts.

Replace procrastination with obedience.WAKE UP!

WHY DO WE DO THIS ?

God establishes the plans committed to Him (Proverbs 16:3).

Whatever we do should be done wholeheartedly for the Lord

(Colossians 3:23–24).

Faith without works is dead (James 2:17).

Diligence brings reward while laziness leads to poverty

(Proverbs 10:4; Proverbs 6:6–11).

Choose wise friends.

Seek godly mentors.

Stay connected to Christian fellowship

(Hebrews 10:24–25).

Those who walk with the wise become wise (Proverbs 13:20).

Bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33).

Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).

Jesus calls us to make disciples who follow Him
